This is the blog for my Dad and I to log our training efforts in preparation for the Little Rock Half Marathon.
I'm just going to stretch often today. I ran four miles Friday. I am still nursing my lower back from a pulled hamstring in the St jude a week ago It feels bettet but is slow healing.
